Double hook play

This is a play where the split end on the strong side is running a deep post with the weak side receiver running a shorter, modified version of the post. The tight end is running a comeback or hook route with the slot receiver running a comeback route on the opposite end. The offset half back is running a wheel route to the right. This play call is ideal vs zone coverage with a single high safety as it puts stress on that safety with the two post routes. It also takes advantage of the underneath areas with the two hook routes and wheel route.
